Welcome to SkyCars, an offline and peer-to-peer 3D futuristic flight simulation, racing, and aerial combat Android game developed by Suraj Sahani ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy outlines our principles regarding the collection, use, and protection of information when you download, install, and play SkyCars from the Google Play Store.

2. Information Collection and Device Hardware Usage

SkyCars runs primarily on-device. The game utilizes specific hardware APIs strictly for local gameplay mechanics as described below:

📱 Gyroscope & Motion Sensors (Rotation Vector / Accelerometer)

SkyCars offers optional tilt-to-fly steering. Pitch, yaw, and roll orientation values are processed strictly in real-time in the device memory to control the vehicle's flight physics. Sensor readings are never recorded, saved, or uploaded off the device.

💾 Local Storage & SharedPreferences

The game stores your garage customizations (body chasses, wing aerodynamic foils, pulse engine colors, booster thrust plumes, repulsor wheels, and paint hues), high scores, completed rings, and game settings strictly on your local device. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time via Android System Settings.

🌐 Optional Local Multiplayer Networking

If you choose to join a local multiplayer dogfight arena or race, the game utilizes local network/peer-to-peer connections (such as local Wi-Fi or hotspot) to broadcast ephemeral vehicle spatial transforms (X/Y/Z positions, velocities, orientation, health status, and weapon projectile firing). No personal credentials, device identifiers, or tracking IDs are shared.

🔊 Audio & Sound Synthesis

Audio is procedural and synthesized natively on-device using Android audio tracks. SkyCars does not request or use microphone or recording permissions.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

SkyCars does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, behavioral profilers, or invasive telemetry frameworks. We do not monetize through user data profiling.

SkyCars is a family-friendly flight simulation game designed for players of all ages.
