We Keep It Simple

Puzzle-It ("the App") is a mobile puzzle game developed by Kinetic Labs. We built this app to be fun, fair, and private. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

By using Puzzle-It, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

What We Collect

Puzzle-It stores the following data locally on your device only using Android SharedPreferences:

• Username (chosen by you)
• Selected avatar emoji
• Game stats: total score, levels completed, best time, streak, coins

No account required No cloud sync No analytics SDK No ads

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Data

All data stored by the App is used solely to:

• Display your profile (username, avatar) within the App
• Track your in-game progress and statistics
• Restore your game state between sessions

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, third party, or analytics platform.

Third-Party Services

Puzzle-It does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social features. No data is shared with any third party.

The App does not make any network requests. It functions entirely offline.

Permissions We Request

Puzzle-It requests no special Android permissions. It does not access:

• Camera or microphone
• Contacts or calendar
• Location services
• External storage
• Network / internet

Children Under 13

Puzzle-It is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information and operate entirely offline, the App is safe for children under 13 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Deleting Your Data

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by tapping "Reset Progress" on the Profile screen, or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling removes all App data from your device permanently.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
