MartialCoder ("we", "our", or "us") built the Ludo Kheliye app as a free app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Ludo Kheliye does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.

Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth for local multiplayer gameplay between nearby devices. Bluetooth is used solely for peer-to-peer game communication and:

• No data is sent to any server
• No device identifiers are stored
• Bluetooth connections are temporary and exist only during gameplay

No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. No usage data, crash reports, or device information is collected or shared with third parties.

Permissions

The app requests the following permissions solely for gameplay functionality:

• Bluetooth — Required for local multiplayer between nearby devices
• Location (approximate) — Required by Android for Bluetooth device discovery. We do not access, store, or transmit your location.

Data Storage

All game data (scores, settings) is stored locally on your device only. No data is uploaded to any cloud service or external server.

Target Age Group

Ludo Kheliye is designed for users of all ages, including children aged 5 and above. The game is a digital version of the classic Ludo board game and is suitable for family play.

Since the app targets all age groups (5 and under, 6–8, 9–12, 13–15, 16–17, and 18 and over), we are fully committed to complying with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google Play's Families Policy.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Ludo Kheliye is safe for children of all ages. We take children's privacy very seriously:

• We do not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13

Ludo Kheliye does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data. The app functions entirely offline or via local Bluetooth connections.
