- Device & Diagnostics Telemetry: Anonymized technical metrics (such as device model, Android OS version, application build version, and crash stack traces) collected strictly for debugging, crash prevention, and application performance improvements.

- Provide and maintain core laundry scheduling, cycle tracking, and fabric care features.

We never sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third parties or advertising brokers. The application may interact with trusted platform providers:
- Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, updates, in-app licensing, and essential system capabilities (Google Privacy Policy).
5. Permissions Used by WashMate
Used to alert you when a laundry cycle completes or when a scheduled wash reminder triggers.
Used to schedule accurate cycle timers so alerts fire promptly when laundry finishes.
Used solely for crash reporting, stability diagnostics, and checking for app updates.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's Settings > Apps > WashMate > Permissions.
6. Data Security
We adopt industry-standard security practices to protect your data. All network communications with platform diagnostic services utilize encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections. Your localized app data remains protected by the Android sandbox architecture.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
WashMate does not target and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove such data.
8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA Compliance)
