5 Day Autophagy is built with a strict privacy-by-design architecture:

• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, physical addresses, or financial information.
• Local Fasting & Tracker Data: When you start a fast, log milestones, track hydration, or record journal notes, all data is stored exclusively in your device's private internal storage sandbox using Android local mechanisms. None of this data is transmitted to our servers or any cloud database.
• No Precise Location Data: The App does not request, track, or access your GPS or precise location data.
• No Biometric Data: The App does not collect or process your fingerprints, face scans, or health sensor telemetry.

The App only requests standard Android operating system permissions strictly essential for user-requested functions:

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to alert you when you reach designated fasting milestones (such as Ketosis, Autophagy onset, Deep Autophagy phases) or scheduled reminder alarms. You may disable notifications at any time via Android system settings.
• Exact Alarms / Schedule Exact Alarm: Used to trigger local notifications precisely when your fasting timer reaches specific hour goals.

We believe health and wellness tracking should remain private. Accordingly:

• We do not include third-party advertising SDKs or data broker tools.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information for commercial or marketing purposes.
• Any potential crash diagnostics provided by Google Play Console are aggregated, anonymized, and managed according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Because all user data is stored locally on your device:

• Retention: Your data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed.
• Deletion: You can delete all data at any time by clearing the App's storage via Android Settings > Apps > 5 Day Autophagy > Storage > Clear Data, or simply by uninstalling the application.

5 Day Autophagy is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any data from children. If you believe that a minor has provided data or is using prolonged fasting protocols, please contact us immediately so appropriate steps can be taken.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect application improvements or legal obligations. Any modifications will be posted directly to this public web page with an updated "Effective Date". We encourage you to review this page periodically.
